Random Acts of Kindess

©️By Bernadette O’Reilly Being small And having lost a lot of weight The storm winds and I were no Longer friends Holding onto my shopper trolley I braved my way down the road Reaching the junction that leads to The local shopping centre the wind howled Holding onto the traffic light pole I prayed for an arm to link Suddenly a grey haired man appeared Took my arm and we crossed to the other side safely I gave him my grateful thanks I wished good things for this person as I always do whenever I experience random Act of kindness of which there have been So many Each one lodged in my memory and Each one very precious.
